Based on your individual level of fitness and in order to efficiently reach your goals, we encourage you to commit to a minimum of two training sessions per week for at least five weeks.
Each personal training session consists of 15 minutes of stretching and warm-up plus either a "Power Half-Hour" or full hour of training.
Unlimited cardio workouts are available for only $100 a month with the purchase of any package. The cardio program includes full use of all cardio machines (by appointment) at any time during our regular business hours.
Private steam shower and changing facilities available on premises.
A Results Personal Trainer will be glad to provide you with an introduction to the full facility.

All fees and packages are payable monthly in advance. Sessions must be used within six months of package purchase.
Clients are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to each training session for warm-up and stretching.
As each RESULTS Certified Personal Trainer is equally familiar with all clients and their workout programs, requesting a specific trainer for individual sessions cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to meet your appointment time, you must cancel at least 12 hours prior to your session and reschedule within 3 days or forfeit the session.
