Brandon is a business leader with more than 30 years of experience leading human resources in the healthcare sector. In his role as Chief People and Culture Officer, he is responsible for leading the acquisition, development and retention of human capital across the organization while ensuring that the company continues its quest as an employer of choice. Brandon is a visionary who has led organizations in developing high performance teams while maintaining a vibrant meaningful culture.

Brandon has spent the majority of his career in healthcare. Prior to joining Results, Brandon worked at RCCH Healthcare Partners where he led  human resources for this start up non-urban hospital company with annual revenues of $2.5 billion. Much of his career has been in leadership roles within early stage companies that achieved significant growth. These companies included surgery centers, physician and dental practices and hospitals.

Brandon grew up in Africa but has lived in Franklin, Tennessee the past 35 years with his wife and six children, He enjoys family activities including time with his grandchildren, sports and gardening. He serves on a number of faith based non-profit Boards in the middle Tennessee area. Brandon graduated from Carson Newman College with a Bachelor of Science degree.
