How long will the program last?

We expect the program to last between 6-8 weeks, but will be able to give you a more realistic idea during your initial screening.


What are some of the conditions treated in this program?

Common conditions treated in the Mommy Bounce Back program include urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, belly issues (like Diastasis Recit), pain during intercourse, hip and pelvic pain, back care and posture, scar tissue, and more.


Do I need a doctor referral?

You don’t need a referral to get started. Once you complete your initial consultation, we’ll contact your doctor if a referral is needed. 


Am I able to participate if I have had a C-Section?

Mommy Bounce Back addresses conditions common to both vaginal and C-Section deliveries, including pelvic pain, scar management and regaining strength to return to full activity.


Can I bring my baby with me?

Yes! We have private treatment rooms, so you can stay with your baby without causing any concerns. 


Will I be treated in front of others?

We have private treatment rooms available for the Mommy Bounce Back program.


Is this covered by my insurance?

Mommy Bounce Back is covered by nearly all insurance plans. And, since you just had your baby, you’ve probably already met your deductible. Perfect timing!


Isn't it normal to have pain after having a baby?

It is common to experience some postpartum pain and discomfort in the days immedaitely after childbirth, but the symptoms that often accompany childbirth do not need to be your "new normal." By participating in our proven physical therapy process, you should be able to overcome most if not all of your postpartum pain and discomfort and get back to living life the way you did before birthing your child.


Will other moms be at my treatment sessions?

No. Your therapy sessions will be one-on-one with a Results pelvic health specialist.


How long will my therapy sessions last?

Usually, Mommy Bounce Back clinic visits last about an hour—sometimes a little more, and sometimes a little less, depending on your symptoms.


How long after childbirth should I start Mommy Bounce Back?

We generally recommend you wait two to three weeks after chidbirth to attend your first appointment.


What will happen at my first appointment?

Your first Mommy Bounce Back appointment will not require any exercises or strenuous activity. You will meet with your Pelvic Health Therapist to share concerns and ask questions, and then the two of you will develop a plan to address your symptoms over the following visits.
