Happy Therapist Thursday! We are so excited to introduce you to one of our awesome PTAs from Wakefield, meet Ashleigh!

Ashleigh Gray, PTA

1. Which Results clinic do you work at?

I have worked in the Wakefield clinic in Raleigh, NC for the entirety of my career with Results.

2. What is your role?

Physical Therapist Assistant

3. How long have you been with Results?

5 years

4. What made you want to become a physical therapist?

I was an athlete from a very young age and through out college, and had several rounds of Physical Therapy myself. This opened my eyes to the profession and the amount of help you can provide to people during some of the hardest times in their lives. I have had the privilege of working with people during all stages of their recovery from acute care to outpatient and watching them regain their independence is amazing. I love helping people get back to what they enjoy doing and find relief from pain.

5. What’s your favorite part about the job?

My favorite part of the job is the diversity I see on a daily/weekly basis. I am fortunate enough to work with many different ages, injuries/disabilities and functional levels. I also love the amount of manual work utilized within Results model, it truly makes a difference in people’s pain and functional return.
