Blog

Happy Therapist Thursday! We are so excited to introduce you to one of our awesome PT’s from Alabama, meet John!

John Waggoner, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, CDNT

Which Results clinic do you work/have you worked at?

I’m currently working at our Muscle Shoals clinic but have also worked in our Madison, Huntsville, and Decatur locations.

What is your role?

In this location, I have been serving as the Clinic Director!

How long have you been with Results?

Almost eight years!

What made you want to become a physical therapist?

The most formative experience that created the opportunity for me to become a physical therapist was spending three years of undergrad in a PT clinic as a PT tech with a therapist who had 40 years of experience. He had an endless amount of past clinical experience and wisdom and helped encourage me to pursue a career as a physical therapist.

What’s your favorite part about your job?

Helping patients have less pain and building relationships. It is especially rewarding to develop a trust with someone who will come to you if another problem/issue should arrive.
