About this location

 The Results Physiotherapy Cary Specialty Clinic is located in the Rex Surgery Center at SW Cary Parkway and Lake Pine Drive, near the Raleigh Endoscopy Center. We are convenient to I-40, I-440, and US 64.

Our Cary Pelvic Health Specialty Clinic provides treatment for pelvic health conditions for men and women with pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy related conditions. Our physical therapists have advanced training in pelvic health and utilize a whole-body approach to treatment, using manual therapy, specific exercise, functional activity training, trigger point dry needling, and modalities. This unique approach helps patients progress towards self-management of their symptoms and impairments effectively and efficiently.

Results Physiotherapy of Cary is proud to offer a unique Mommy Bounce Back program for new moms.  This 6-8 visit program is designed to help moms get back to feeling their best after pregnancy and delivery. Mommy Bounce Back treats conditions common to nearly all women, regardless of when they have had their child, including urinary and fecal incontinence, abdominal issues, diastasis recti, pain-free intercourse, tailbone pain, return to exercise, hip and pelvic pain, back care and posture, and scar tissue.


Meghan O'Hara PT, DPT is the lead Results Physiotherapy Pelvic Health Therapist and Clinic Director at the Cary Specialty Clinic. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest and received her bachelors degree from Stanford University in Human Biology with a concentration in Sports Medicine and Human Performance. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Meghan has completed extensive pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and orthopedic manual therapy training through the Institute for Advanced Musculoskeletal Training. She is currently working toward her certification as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT). Outside the clinic, Meghan enjoys distance running and spending time with her horse.

Rachel Mollica, DPT is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at the Cary Specialty Clinic. She is a native South Carolinian and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.  Go Tigers!!  She began her career working in project management roles for construction management firms on healthcare projects.  After some time she realized she wanted to work in the healthcare field helping people return to performing all the daily activities they enjoy without pain or need for assist.  So she pursued a career in physical therapy.  She sees parallels between the careers, so just ask for further details.  She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Western Carolina University.  Rachel has completed training in pelvic health with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT).  Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, cycling, really any outdoor adventure and watching sporting events.
